Maritsa cooks sea bass carpaccio

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 Whole organic Sea bass
  • 1 Lime
  • 1 Orange
  • Olive oil
  • Tabasco, red pepper

DIRECTIONS

Take an organic sea bass, clean it and fillet it. Cut each fillet into thin slices, almost transparent. Prepare a marinade of lime, orange and a little olive oil. Pour over the thinly sliced fish and leave it for 15 minutes. Add two drops of tabasco and a few grains of red pepper and serve.
